PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for treating a food material, suitable for the food material which is desired to make use of its taste and palate feeling. SOLUTION: This method comprises packing a food material in a casing tube and twisting the casing tube at an appropriate position so as to obtain a sausage food containing a prescribed amount of the food material. |
