<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a tube coated belt made of a fluororesin without necessity of a high temperature treatment to introduce a deterioration of a rubber. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the tube coated belt made of the fluororesin comprises a first step of preparing an endless belt base 10 having a rubber layer 10B on an outer peripheral surface, a second step of constituting an element 14 to be inserted by tightly inserting a core 12 into the base 10, a third step of tightly coating the tube 22 made of the fluororesin having an elasticity along at least a radial direction on the outer periphery of the element 14, a fourth step of injecting an adhesive 20 having predetermined flowability between the element 14 and the tube 22, a fifth step of engaging an ironing ring 36 having a smaller bore than an outer diameter of the element 14 with one end of the outer periphery of the tube 22 coating on the outer periphery of the element 14, moving the ring 36 toward the other end along an axial direction of the element 14 and ironing the adhesive 20 injected in the fourth step between the element 14 and the tube 22, a sixth step of taking out the core 12 from the base 10, and a seventh step of curing the adhesive 20.</p> |
