CHITOSAN-CONTAINING LOESS WATER BASED EXTRACT

PURPOSE: A chitosan-containing loess water based extract is provided to be useful as a deodorizer, a food modifier and a cleaning agent. Also, a deodorizing method by the extract is provided. CONSTITUTION: The chitosan-containing loess water based extract contains a water based extract of loess and a chitosan solution dissolved in an acidic pH. The weight ratio of the loess and the chitosan is in the range of 1:4 to 10:1. The acidic pH of the chitosan containing loess water based extract ranges from 1 to 5. The chitosan-containing loess water based extract contains 5 to 50 wt.% of loess and 5 to 20 wt.% of the dissolved chitosan.
