The invention relates to active phased antenna arrays, in particular to sending-receiving antenna systems and can be widely used for developing radio stations of mobile subjects. SRAS RLS comprises two one-dimensional active sending-receiving phased antenna arrays (11) arranged horizontally and orthogonally to each other (Fig.2). Each array comprises sending-receiving modules (12), each module containing two radiating units (3). The inventive system also comprises a one-dimensional active receiving phased vertically arranged antenna array (14). Each sending-receiving array (11) ensures displacement of a directional response in a receiving and transmitting pattern in an azimuth sector +/- 45 DEG , in a forward and opposite direction. The target being found and the azimuth thereof being measured, the directional response of the receiving array (14) is set up in said azimuth towards the target on an elevation plane, and an angular altitude of the target is defined.
