PURPOSE: Apparatus for fixing the cervical vertebrae is provided to adjust the number of a plate according to the recovery condition and the illness degree of a patient. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for fixing the cervical vertebrae is comprised of a plate(10) contacting with the cervical vertebrae to prevent each bone of the cervical vertebrae from being projected forward and backward, having a first penetrating bore(11); a spacer(20) to be inserted between the bones composing the cervical vertebrae in order to expand a gap between the bones and to maintain the expanded condition between the bones; a first screw(30) to be fastened to the bone of the cervical vertebrae by penetrating the first penetrating bore in order to fix the plate to the cervical vertebrae; and a coupling member for coupling the plate with the spacer.
