PURPOSE: To provide a data storage device and a data storing method by which a transmission processing for storage of data is simplified and access to the data is efficiently performed. CONSTITUTION: The data storage device is provided with plural storage cells (1) 6, (2) 7, (3) 8, (4) 9 to store the data, a write enable XWE signal to write data in desired storage cells among the storage cells, a read enable XRE signal to read the data from desired storage cells among the storage cells and an address AD signal to specify the storage cell by a unique address among the storage cells by integrating the storage cells into a prescribed number of groups in the case of writing or reading of the data.
