PURPOSE: A speaker for a vehicle is provided to reduce a weight and to make assembling easy by integrally forming connecting screws and making the speaker using plastic. CONSTITUTION: A protector unit(12) is integrally formed at the rear side of a speaker body(11) made with plastic and extended backward. A flange portion(11a) having a specific width is formed on the front edge of the speaker body. Thread fitting holes are formed on the flange portion. A grommet connecting unit(13) is extended backward to surround the thread fitting holes. Thus, the speaker body is fixed on a chassis panel using connecting screws. Since the speaker body, the protector unit and the connecting unit are integrally made with plastic, weight of the speaker is reduced. Moreover, production and assembling processes are simplified.
