DEVICE SUPPRESSING INCOMBUSTIBLE GAS INLET AND FLAME

摘要

PURPOSE: An incombustible gas inlet and flame suppressing device is provided to prevent an explosive ignition in case of a re-ignition. CONSTITUTION: In case that a user operates a knob(110) for igniting a burner(140) of a gas oven(100), combustible gas is blocked by a shield plate(160) while gas is ignited by an ignition plug(130). The combustible gas is inlet through an entrance(151) of a venturi(150) so that incombustible gas is suppressed. Even if gas is not ignited, incombustible gas and flame can't go through the entrance of the venturi by the shield plate. Then, explosive ignition and backfire do not occur during a re-ignition.
