PURPOSE: An eyeball exercise method using a computer is provided to help a user to easily perform the exercise of eyeballs by displaying a focus point on a monitor screen of the computer. CONSTITUTION: The eyeball exercise method using a computer comprises the steps of an installing step(S10) for installing an eyeball exercise program in the computer; an execution step(S11) for executing the eyeball exercise program after the completion of the install step; a setting step(S13) for setting the speed, the time, the range of blink via a display window of the program; a display step(S15) for displaying a background picture of a single color on the monitor screen; and a point blink step(S16) for successively switching on and off a point having a complementary color of the background picture at a desired location of the background picture.
