PURPOSE: A method for controlling an access of a computer system and a method for using a certificate of authentication using a temporary password is provided to certify a user with mobility by controlling an access of a computer system or controlling an access of a certificate storing system through a mobile communication network and an unintentionally created temporary password. CONSTITUTION: A user interface(1) includes various kinds of mobile communication terminal units as a PC, a notebook, a PCS(personal communication system), a cellular, and a pager capable of receiving a character and a voice message. A service provider interface(2) is a computer system being connected to a remote communication network as the Internet. The service provider interface(2) may be a web service supplying server. The service provider interface(2) includes a service supplying server(5) and a password DB(6) for storing a user's password capable of accessing to the server. The user interface(1) and the service provider interface(2) are communicated therewith through a computer communication network(3) and a mobile communication network(4).
