DIELECTRIC MAGNETIC COMPOSITION, MAGNETIC CAPACITOR USING DIELECTRIC MAGNETIC COMPOSITION AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A dielectric magnetic composition, a magnetic capacitor and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to achieve stabilized characteristics even in a high frequency area, while significantly reducing manufacturing cost. CONSTITUTION: A dielectric magnetic composition is composed of a main component containing 25 to 85 mole percent TiO2, and ZnO and inevitable impurity; and an additive of 0.5 to 15 weight percent CuO, 0.1 to 10 weight percent MnO2, 0 to 10 weight percent Al2O3, 0.001 to 10 weight percent PbO, and 0.5 to 10 weight percent glass composition. A magnetic capacitor comprises a dielectric layer(11) formed of the dielectric magnetic composition, an internal electrode(12), and terminal electrodes(13,14). The internal electrode and terminal electrodes are formed of a material having a property as a conductor and a high reliability.
