PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display and a method of fabricating the liquid crystal display are provided to widen viewing angle of the liquid crystal display, simplify fabricating processes, and prevent a color filter from being damaged. CONSTITUTION: A liquid crystal display includes the first substrate(11), the second substrate(51) facing the first substrate, and a liquid crystal layer(91) having a polymer wall(921), which is being sealed between the first and second substrates. The liquid crystal display further has the first and second electrodes formed on at least one of the first and second substrates in order to apply electric field to the liquid crystal layer.
