PURPOSE: A method for reproducing and transferring an IP for Internet moving picture service is provided to increase the number of simultaneous users by enabling a client and a router, instead of a server, to transfer an IP and data. CONSTITUTION: If a user requests an associated router to transmit an IP and data, the user router confirms whether the IP and the data can be transmitted. In case that it is impossible to transmit the IP and the data, the user router requests the IP and the data to a master server. A master router receives the IP and the data from the server and memorizes them. The master router copies the IP and the data to a communication company router which attempted access to the master router. The communication company router copies the IP and the data to the user router that attempted access to the communication company router.
