PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication system in which throughput is not reduced due to collision of reservation control packets. SOLUTION: A mobile terminal with a transmission request uses a reservation channel 7 to send a reservation packet by a CDMA system, and a base station 4 assigns a transmission channel 9 and a time slot which can be used by a mobile terminal of a request source by a reply packet of a base station 4 outputted to a reply channel 8. A short spread code corresponding to a matched filter is applied to the reservation channel. Thus, when the reservation packet is sent by the CDMA system, even if plural reservation packets take temporally place overlappingly the base station side can independently extract each packet, when there is any deviation in timing and then no retransmission of reservation packets due to collision is required to enhance the throughput. |
