FUEL INJECTION CONTROLLER FOR SPILL IMPROVEMENT AND BOUNCING PREVENTION

PURPOSE: A fuel injection controller is provided to fasten the operation of a valve during fuel discharge by installing a second solenoid in the lower amateur of a needle valve and to reduce exhaust gas by improving a spill rate without bouncing. CONSTITUTION: A needle valve(4) is inserted into a valve body and a solenoid(1) is formed in an amateur(2). A high pressure chamber(5) placed between the valve body and the needle valve, is connected to a plunger(7) of a housing(9), an injecting nozzle and a high pressure channel(14). A spill channel(15) is connected to a spill chamber. A second solenoid(12) is additionally installed in the circumferential portion of the needle valve. Then, the suction force of the second solenoid is adjusted in a current wave form during the descent of the needle valve within the suction force during the ascent of the needle valve.
