PURPOSE: An eyeball exercise apparatus is provided to help a user to easily and continuously perform the exercise of eyeballs, thus to protect the visual power of the user and to treat the near-sightedness. CONSTITUTION: The eyeball exercise apparatus comprises an LED(light emitting diode) panel; an LED driving part(120) for switching on and off one of plural light emitting diodes(111) one by one according to an input control signal; a control part(130) for outputting the control signal to the LED driving part according to an input manipulation signal; a manipulation panel(140) for outputting the manipulation signal to the control part and for transmitting a manipulation signal received from the outside to the control part; and a remote controller(150) for generating and sending the outside manipulation signal according to the manipulation of a user.
