PURPOSE: A multi-layer cup holder is provided to conveniently and easily place cups of various size by installing at least two of containers performing as cup holders in a case used as a cup holder. CONSTITUTION: A multi-layer cup holder has a cylindrical case of which upper portion is open while lower portion is closed. A housing(20) of which upper portion is open while lower portions is closed is placed in the case. Inside the housing, container bodies(30) having different diameters and bases(31) are layered on each other. The containers bodies are first, second and third containers(30a,30b,30c). Bases(31a,31b,31c) of the containers are formed in ledge shapes to support the lower ends of cups or cans. A boss(40) is installed in the housing to integrate the containers, and a spring(41) is fitted in the boss to apply elasticity. Therefore, cups of various size are placed stably.
