摘要 PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing distributed integer type capacitor filter is provided to achieve improved attenuation characteristics of the capacitor by using an electrode structure for varying the inductance. CONSTITUTION: A method comprises a first step of forming an electrode by vacuum depositing a metallic electrode having a superior electrical conductivity onto a dielectric film(48) having a predetermined width, in such a manner that the metallic electrode has a double structure, each electrode has a width of 3mm and thickness of 0.5 to 10 micron meters, and the distance between electrodes is 2mm; a second step of producing a ferrite paste by blending Ni-Zn family ferrite powder and ultraviolet hardening resin and milling the blended material by a three-roll mill; a third step of forming a ferrite sheet(42) having a predetermined width by performing a screen printing, tape casting, spin coating, spraying, dipping or roller coating method to the ferrite paste produced in the second step; and a fourth step of ultraviolet hardening and winding the ferrite sheet, and connecting terminals to the ferrite sheet.
