PURPOSE: A white light emitting diode(LED) is provided to maximize yield for generating white, by mixing fluorescent pigment capable of generating white with molding compound resin and by applying the mixture to a transfer mold press. CONSTITUTION: The fluorescent pigment(2) is mixed with the molding compound resin to prepare the mixture. Predetermined temperature and pressure is applied to manufacture the mixture of a predetermined type like a tablet. The tablet is transferred to a chip LED portion and is molded. The tablet is sawed to individual products to form a chip LED.
