PURPOSE: Provided is a magnetic toner which gives an image of excellent quality, and shows static charge property without being influenced by environments. CONSTITUTION: The magnetic toner is composed of at least binding resin, magnetic toner particles containing iron oxide and a polymer incorporating sulfur atom, inorganic fine powders mixed with the above magnetic toner particles. It is characterized by that: (i) its weight average particle size(D4) is 3 to 10 μm; (ii) its average circularity is beyond 0.970; and (iii) its strength of magnetization in the magnetic field 79.6 kA/m(1,000 ersteds) is 10 to 50 Am2/kg(emu/g).
