PURPOSE: A device for abstracting gas to analyze insulating oil in a transformer is provided to exactly measure gas contained in the gas and to reduce a measuring cost by simplifying analyzing system while improving inspection efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A gas abstracting device for analyzing insulating oil of a transformer comprises a gas abstracting unit(10); a vacuum gauge(12); a collecting flask(14); a mercury vessel(16); a gas measuring burette(18); a reference column(20); a measuring mercury vessel(22); an injecting valve(40) mounted on an upper portion of the gas abstracting unit; a first vacuum valve(42) connecting a first vacuum pump to a lower end of the gas abstracting unit; a second vacuum valve(44) engaged with a lower end of the collecting flask; a discharge valve(46) discharging sampling fluid; a first vacuum/air controlling valve(48) connecting a vacuum pump to an upper portion of the mercury vessel; a second opening valve(54) combining the gas measuring burette into the mercury vessel; a third opening valve(56); and a 3-way opening valve(58) connecting the gas measuring butter to a gas chromatography deice.
