PURPOSE: A bio sensor containing porous film of a chromatography function is provided to improve productivity by simplifying structure and to reduce a producing cost by introducing sample without preprocess. CONSTITUTION: A bio sensor containing porous film in a chromatography function comprises a case plate(11); plural circuit connecting units(10) arranged on the base plate with a specific interval; a reference electrode applied to an end of the circuit connecting unit; working and counter electrodes(15,14); a dielectric layer(12) formed on the base plate; a porous film(16) fixed on the electrode; an adhesive(17) attaching a protecting film(18); a differential circuit connecting unit(100) mounted in a rear portion of the base plate; a differential working electrode(150); a differential auxiliary electrode; a differential reference electrode; a differential dielectric layer(120) forming differential single electrode; a differential porous film(160) fixing an electronic transferring material on the differential signal electrode; a differential protecting film(180) piled on the differential porous film; and differential adhesive(170).
