APPARATUS FOR GENERATING CHARACTER INPUT CODE OF CELLULAR PHONE

PURPOSE: An apparatus for generating a character input code of a cellular phone is provided to input consonants, vowels, and special signs using a simple rule and input a desired sentence by the number of minimum input stroke. CONSTITUTION: A unit arranges Hangul consonants and vowels individually in numerical keys, and arranges single or group special signs in keys in which the consonants and vowels are arranged and arranges the single or group special signs in stroke figures of rear sequences of the consonants and vowels. A unit arranges a stroke figure moving key for selecting a rear sequence character by one stroke figure in a key in which a character is not arranged. A unit generates a code corresponding to one stroke figure arranged in a corresponding key when a key in which the characters are arranged is inputted once, and generates a code corresponding to N+1 stroke figure arranged in a corresponding key when the stroke figure moving key is pushed in N times after the key in which the characters are arranged in pushed once. A Hangul code generating unit synthesizes Hangul when the generated code is a Hangul phoneme and generates a Hangul code. A special sign code generating unit generates a special sign code when the generated code is a special sign. A unit displays the Hangul code and the special sign code.
