PURPOSE: A web for an underwater equipage is provided to improve the convenience of carrying, to help a user to easily practice the swimming, and to reduce the cost of manufacturing thereof. CONSTITUTION: The web for an underwater equipage consists of a wearing part(2) made of any flexible material, for example a rubber material, to be worn on the feet of a user by using a band(8) for fixing the feet; an out-sole part(4) made of any hard material to be attached to the bottoms of the user's feet; and a web part(6) extending toward the front side of the out-sole part for generating a propulsive force under the water. The band is provided with a zipper(10) for facilitating the wear of the band.
