PURPOSE: A suture needle holder for an endoscope operation is provided to enable a doctor to freely pickup or put down a suture needle within a human body, and to achieve a needle holder capable of enduring a force to be applied to the holder for performing an appropriate operation. CONSTITUTION: The suture needle holder is constructed so that it becomes opened or closed along the longitudinal axis thereof in order to endure any force to be applied during the surgery. By using this suture needle holder, in a case of an endoscope operation, especially in a joint endoscope operation, it is possible to technically suture two objects even if their thickness is too thick or a distance between the two objects is too long. Also, it is possible to reduce the generation of a complication by substituting all inside tech for the inside out tech and the outside-in tech causing any damage to a blood vessel.
