PURPOSE: A scissors is provided to allow a stitching fiber to be easy cut while pressing stitching tie and maintaining a fixed distance, when a tie is created and the stitching fiber is cut under endoscopy operation. CONSTITUTION: The scissors is capable of easy cutting a stitching fiber maintaining a fixed distance from a tie of the stitching fiber. Therefore, it is possible to reduce a time consumption and mental work. A knife is capable of cutting the stitching fiber while sliding. The scissors presses the stitching tie and simultaneously maintains the fixed distance from the tie of the stitching fiber. The scissors allows a time consumption and mental work to be decreased under endoscopy operation. The scissors prevents the tie from being cut due to mistakes of an operator. The scissors decreases the probability that the tie has come untied because the stitching fiber having an irregular length is remained. Furthermore, the scissors decreases the probability that the human being responses to an extraneous matter.
