METHOD FOR CURING COATING FILM FOR FLOORING MATERIAL AND THE COATING FILM

PURPOSE: Provided is a method for curing a coating film for flooring materials having chemical resistance, stain resistance, hardness, adhesion, crack and curling resistance, impact resistance at a low temperature, and oxygen shielding effect. CONSTITUTION: The method includes steps of applying a UV treating agent supplied from a reservoir to a predetermined thickness on a flooring material by passing them between an upper and lower roller(24e,f); applying a coating film on the flooring material with the UV treating agent applied by a roll coating machine(30a,c) under a given roll pressure; and curing the treating agent using a curing medium. The output of the entire process is 10 to 30 m/min. The curing of the treating agent is carried out by irradiation with energy of 500 to 1000 mJ/cm¬2 using a light source of 80 to 160 watt at a distance from the light source of 8 to 20 cm.
