PURPOSE: A system for an electronic money payment for an Internet commercial transaction is provided to perform a purchase and a payment of a commodity through an electronic money managing server, a plurality of Internet store servers, and an Internet network using an electronic money card having a secret authentication number and a predetermined money as a payment unit. CONSTITUTION: An electronic money card includes an application unit capable of checking a secret authentication number of a predetermined number of digits. A plurality of user personal computers(40) are connected to a corresponding Internet store homepage through a web site of the Internet and selects/purchases a commodity. A client authentication unit(11) is connected to the user personal computer(40) and checks a secret authentication number of the electronic money card and the balance. A server interlocking unit(12) for the Internet store interlocks and processes an authentication, a transaction approval, a price transfer, a transaction company, and commodity information. A database interlocking unit(13) inputs and outputs data with respect to the client authentication unit(11), the server interlocking unit(12) for the Internet store, a balance checking, a secret authentication number transaction company, and commodity data. A data processing unit(14) inputs and outputs data to the database interlocking unit(13). An electronic money managing server interlocking unit(21) performs a transaction approval request and a price transfer with the server interlocking unit(12) for the Internet store. A database interlocking unit(22) inputs and outputs client data and data with respect to price payment to the electronic money managing server interlocking unit(21). A data processing unit(23) inputs and outputs data to the database interlocking unit(22). An Internet network is provided for a data transmission and receipt.
