DATA COMMUNICATION SYSTEM AND METHOD

PURPOSE: A data communication system and method is provided to reduce communication traffic load by selectively performing transfer error checking operations of transferred information frames. CONSTITUTION: A transmitter transfers object data by a frame unit, and a receiver receives a signal transferred from the transmitter through a communication network. The transmitter comprises a frame generating part(21) and a transfer part(22). The frame generating part(21) generates an information frame with order appointment information according to a proper arrangement order with regard to object draft data and a non-order appointment information frame according to a predetermined order appointment interval. The transfer part(22) transfers the information frame generated from the frame generating part to the receiver through the communication network.
