PURPOSE: A head block for an embroidering machine is provided, which is characterized by decreasing error ratio by uniting a transferring part and a rail into one, embroidering accurate pattern, lengthening life span by decreasing frictional force of rolling contact parts with balls and increasing reliability. CONSTITUTION: The head block for the embroidering machine is comprised of: (a transferring part) fixing bolt holes(11) which are formed on both ends of a fixing piece, fixing a needle bar; the rails(12) formed on the upper part and the lower part of the middle back face; a slide groove(13) formed inside the rail(12); fixing pins(14) on both ends of the slide grooves(13); (a bearing part) many balls(21) contacting with the slide grooves(13) and sliding; a pair of bearing plates(23) forming ball holes(22) on both sides to insert the center of the ball; (a fixing plate,30) a guiding groove(31) inserted into the inside of the rail(12); restrained pins(32) which are formed on both ends of the guiding grooves(31), preventing separation of the ball; and many fixing holes(33) formed in front-and-behind and fixed on frame. |
