The door comprises a vertical interior wall (7) with an integral fixing part on which an armrest (5) is fixed by means of fixings. The releasable fixings comprise first (17) and second (35) complementary coupling parts fixed to the fixing part and armrest respectively. These fixings have several relative positions allowing adjustment of the armrest position relative to the wall. An independent claim is included for an automobile comprising such a door.
