INTERIOR MATERIAL OF AUTOMOBILE AND PROCESS FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PURPOSE: Provided are an interior material for automobile and a process for producing the same by developing a multi-interior material made of a combined synthetic felt and foaming resin sheets to obtain favorable sound-absorption and sound-proof abilities. CONSTITUTION: The interior material comprises high-density synthetic fabric felt(1) with desired thickness as a basic material obtained by way of heating and pressing process; polyethylene foaming sheet(2) or synthetic felt(2a) as an intermediate material laminated onto surface of the felt(1) by way of heating and pressing process; and a synthetic non-woven fabric felt(3) on outermost side of the laminated film to form a bulky interior product. The felt(1) may be applied with synthetic resin sheet or foaming sheet(1a) on bottom side thereof.
