PURPOSE: NdFeB-based sintering magnet and a method for fabricating the same are provided to improve a performance of a sintering magnet by increasing a coercivity of NdFeB-based sintering magnet without reducing a residual magnetic flux density and a maximum energy product. CONSTITUTION: A method for making NdFeB-based sintering magnet includes a step for preparing NdFeB-based alloy powder, a crushing step, and a thermal processing step. In the step for preparing NdFeB-based alloy powder, the NdFeB-based alloy powder of weight % includes Nd(29.00-33.00), Dy(1.00 below), Al(0.30 below), Cu(0.05 below), B(0.90-1.20), and Fe. In the crushing step, FeGa3 compound powder of 0.01- 0.80 weight % is mixed with the NdFeB-based alloy. In the thermal processing step, the crushed mixed powder is compression-molded and sintered after receiving a magnetic field, and is then thermal-processed.
