PURPOSE: A method of compressing and transmitting motion pictures on the Internet is provided to transmit a motion picture with high picture quality in real time on the Internet without having buffering and download. CONSTITUTION: Data natural reduction that is naturally generated when data is transmitted according to data reproduction protocol is recovered, and data to be transmitted is continuously transmitted from data transmission point to data arrival point in order to minimize error rate. To minimize a load, delay, and overload generated when data is transmitted on the Internet according to reading shortcut protocol, data is transmitted through a capacious backbone, automatically detouring backbones loaded. |
