PURPOSE: A laminated chip component is provided to minimize an error generation by calculating an accurate material constant(i.e., dielectric ratio and a contraction ratio) at the state of a real manufactured product. CONSTITUTION: A measurement electrode pattern(100) is formed to an upper part of an upper sheet. An inner sheet includes a ground pattern to be overlapped with the measurement electrode pattern, and is integrated with a sensing electrode pattern(220). An operation sheet includes a characteristic pattern of a predetermined shape to a lower part of the inner sheet. An outer terminal(450) includes a lower sheet to a lower part of the operation sheet. The lower sheet has a ground pattern. The outer terminal(450) is insulating-connected to a pattern(100). The upper sheet is made of a different material, and is integrated with a measurement electrode pattern(100).
