NETWORK PERFORMANCE DEGRADATION FACTOR ANALYZING METHOD

PURPOSE: A network performance degradation factor analyzing method is provided to facilitate a network performance degradation factor analysis for a person who is poor at managing a network and analyze a network performance degradation factor related to a specific base station on an analysis data in analyzing a prefix performance statistics information. CONSTITUTION: A performance statistics main window is driven(S41) to select call processing performance statistics menu for each base station among parameters(S42). Then, a call processing statistics data is provided as a table by statistics time zones through a window for a call processing performance statistics for each base station(S43). An operator detects a performance degradation base station and performance degradation time zone is detected on the basis of the call processing statistics data(S44), and selects a corresponding base station of a corresponding time zone detected through the window for the call processing performance statistics by base stations by clicking with an input unit(S45). Then, a menu window for a disturbance history for the selected base station and a performance statistics by each destination prefix is provided(S46). When a disturbance history item is selected through the menu window(S47), a disturbance history information for the corresponding base station is provided through a disturbance history window dependently driven to the selected item is provided through the window(S48). When the performance statistics item by each destination prefix is selected through the menu window(S49), performance statistics information for each destination prefix including the various call processing related data is provided through the performance statistics window for each destination prefix dependently driven to the selected item(S50).
