PURPOSE: An EC(Electronic Commerce) method using the Internet is provided to guarantee a payment of the purchasing price according to the reception of goods and a return of the purchasing price according to the return of goods by giving the purchasing price to a seller only after a buyer checks the reception of the purchasing goods. CONSTITUTION: A registered buyer accesses a barter sever(20) through a buyer PC(10). The barter sever transmits screen output data including menu screens and requested contents according to requests of the buyer to the buyer PC. The buyer PC outputs a menu or a requested screen on a monitor of the buyer PC by using the transmitted data from the barter sever. The buyer selects a desired goods and transmits purchasing data to the barter sever to request purchasing of goods. The requested goods data are saved in the barter sever. The buyer pays the amount of money for the goods. The barter sever saves the goods and corresponding conditions requested from the buyer by sorting the data according to each member ID(Identification). The barter sever transmits the article request data to a seller after checking if the amount of money of the goods is paid. The goods request data are transmitted to a seller PC(30) through the Internet. The seller PC receives the goods purchasing data from the barter sever and then request delivery of selected goods to a delivery PC(40).
