PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic motor with an output shaft rotating integrally with a swash plate face, and variable displacement in a state of fixing an inclination angle of a swash plate. SOLUTION: This hydraulic motor M comprises a group of plungers 44 inserted into plural cylinder holes 43 in a cylinder block 24, the rotary swash plate face 36 operated by the group of plungers 44 in accordance with a flow rate of hydraulic oil flowing to the cylinder holes 43 to be relatively rotated, a group of second switching valves 70 for controlling the charging and discharging of the hydraulic oil to the cylinder holes 43, and a cam 71 operating the group of second switching valves 70 corresponding to the rotation of the cylinder block 24. The cam is rotated integrally with the swash plate face 36, and has plural displaceable positions along an axis of the cylinder block 24 with respect to a yoke 37 supporting the rotary swash face 36. The hydraulic motor M is functioned as a variable displacement motor by switching the receiving.discharging strokes of the group of second switching valves 70 corresponding to the displacement position of the cam 71.
