PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ionization chamber detector capable of improving energy characteristics by bringing energy characteristic of a secondary electron driven out from an electrode close to energy characteristic of a secondary electron supplied by ionization of gas and enabling highly precise measurement without relying on an ionization gas pressure. SOLUTION: In a device for measuring intensity of radiation in which a pair of electrodes 37 are arranged in a sealed vessel in which ionization gas is sealed, at least either of the electrodes is constituted by a plurality of electrode parts 37a, 37b, 37c made of different materials.
