METHOD FOR BONDING SEAM PART OF FABRIC MADE OF SPONGE AND BONDED STRUCTURE

PURPOSE: A method for bonding the subject seam part by coating a water-based adhesive containing polychloroprene-based latex and adhesion-providing resin as an essential component on a seam part(cutting surface) made of sponge is provided. Whereby, the method shows high adhesion as compared to rubber latex except chloroprene latex. CONSTITUTION: For butt bonding of mutual cut surfaces with an adhesive, the adhesive consisting essentially of a polychloroprene-based latex and tackifier resin in a ratio of 100 parts by volume and 20 to 100 parts by volume respectively is coated on the seam part of the fabric made of sponge in which the fabric is laminated to one or both surfaces of the sheet made of the sponge and then dried. The polychloroprene-based latex is prepared by copolymerizing a monomer mixture containing 0.01 to 10 parts by volume of a carboxyl group-containing vinyl monomer, based on 100 parts by volume of the total monomer.
