PURPOSE: A safety valve for a low pressure fluid is provided to prevent the evaporation loss of oil or an organic solvent by well ventilation carried out automatically at a pressure higher than a preset value by conforming a height of a blocking solution with the preset pressure. CONSTITUTION: A safety valve for a low pressure fluid includes a cylindrical body part(200) having a lead-in chamber(210) and an exhaust chamber(220) defined by dividing the inside of the body part uniformly by half and temporal storage chambers(230,240) respectively formed in the lead-in chamber and the exhaust chamber at a height lower than the service pipe of the lead-in chamber and having blocking solution recovering channels(232,242), wherein the lead-in chamber is formed with a service pipe(211) connected to a storage tank and the exhaust chamber is formed with an exhaust pipe(221) communicating with the atmosphere, and a U-tube(100) formed in the shape of U having a side(100a) communicated with the lead-in chamber and the other side(100b) communicated with the exhaust chamber and filled with a predetermined amount of blocking solution(120) by a height corresponding to a set pressure.
