A mobile communication device includes a mobile terminal for communicating with a network and a plurality of application terminals connected with the mobile terminal. An interface memory accessible from a DMA bus for the application terminals and a CPU bus for control is provided between the two buses. A DMA controller controls first and second DMA sections, which perform DMA data transfers with the DMA bus and the CPU bus, respectively. The data transfer between the application terminals connected with the DMA bus and a predetermined unit connected with the CPU bus is carried out at high speed by the DMA control of the corresponding bus through the interface memory.
