PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a building managing device which can easily investigate the difference between display values of a facility-side display part and a center- management-side display part. SOLUTION: The facility-side display part 4 is provided which displays the measured value of a measuring instrument 1 provided to managed facilities 2 and the center-management-side display part 7 which operates with facility-side display value information of the facility-side display part 4 is provided to a center managing device 6 which manages the movement of the managed facilities 2. An arithmetic part 8 that computes the difference between the facility-side display value information and center-management-side display value information of the center-management-side display part 7 is provided and display value difference display parts 10 and 12 that input the arithmetic result information of the arithmetic part 8 and operate with the difference between the information values of the both are provided. Consequently, the display value difference generation can easily be known on the side of the facility-side managing device 3 or center managing device 7 and it is made speedy to investigate the cause of the display value difference generation and take countermeasures. |
