<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent use of a notebook personal computer and doing of mischief by opening a display panel by releasing a lock in absence, and to prevent access to and reading of books and documents in absence by easily and quickly storing the books and the documents. SOLUTION: This access use preventive band is provided with a belt-like band 12 having the fixing end to be fixed to one end and having plural grommets 20, a plate-like reverse engaging body 18 arranged in a reverse side central part of an article and having at least one reverse engaging hole for engaging with the band, an obverse engaging body 16 arranged in an obverse side central part of the article and having a fixing part for fixing the fixing end, at least two first engaging holes 37 and second engaging holes 40 and 41 for engaging with the band in the vicinity of the fixing part and an engaging lock 23 having an engaging bar 25 having one end capable of meshing with a body and the other end lockable by engaging with the body by passing through the two grommets, and the two grommets of the band are engaged by the engaging bar, and a lock is set.</p> |
