PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an air map display device capable of increasing a display speed. SOLUTION: The air map display device mounted on an aircraft for displaying a map of a flying area and a compass rose directing a reference azimuth on a display screen is provided with a graphics drawing part, which draws the compass rose so that a part just above the display screen matches the reference azimuth, and a rotation computing part turning the compass rose drawn in the graphics drawing part so that the azimuth of own aircraft detected on the outside matches the part just above the display screen. An output from the rotation computing part is displayed on the screen. |
