PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a navigation device capable of enhancing controllability during map scrolling. SOLUTION: When scrolling is directed, a movable range setting portion 46 acquires the picture data of a guided route to be currently displayed from a guided route picturing part 36, and originates a table of movable ranges according to the picture data acquired. The table of the movable ranges is a data table in the form of a matrix in a one-to-one correspondence with each position on a display screen, and an area proximate to the guided route is set as a movable range. A predetermined resisting force to the operation of an operating part 4 is produced if, according to the table of the movable ranges originated by the movable range setting portion 46, scrolling is performed outside of the movable range, that is, in a direction not matching the guided route. |
