PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressurizing roll of low hardness with durability such that the release property for toner does not decrease even after the roll is continuously used for a long time and that sharp fixed images can be perpetually obtained. SOLUTION: A silicone rubber elastic layer 20 of 2 to 5 mm thickness, a fluorine rubber layer 30 of 12 to 40μm thickness and a fluorocarbon resin layer 40 of 7 to 20μm thickness are laminated on the outer circumference of a core metal 10. The elastic layer 20 exhibits 5 to 30 deg. JIS-A hardness and <=3 deg. changes in an absolute value in the JIS-A hardness after heated at 300 deg.C for 40 minutes in a sealed state.
