PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber-molded wadding to which protuberances have been imparted and which can give good touch and good durability. SOLUTION: This fiber-molded, sheet-like wadding comprising a fiber sheet layer in which many fibers constituting the wadding are arranged in a direction approximately vertical to the direction of the flat side of the sheet and are partially adhered to each other, characterized in that at least one side of the fiber sheet layer has discontinuously existing protuberances and base portions on the surface of the sheet, wherein the protuberances of the sheet layer are continued to the base portions, have smaller areas in the tip portions of the protuberances than the areas of the base portions of the protuberances and have a compression stress of >=0.3 Newton/cm2.
