PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent effectively an inverse lever from slipping down along a belt at the time of carrying a cargo fastener. SOLUTION: This cargo fastener has hooking parts hooked respectively on an object to be fixed and a fixing position for connecting an inverse lever 50 mounted rotatably on one of the hooking parts 30 with another hooking part by the belt 35 and for keeping the belt in a fastening state by adjusting appropriately length of the belt and by inverting the inverse lever, thereby fixes the object to be fixed on the fixing position. The inverse lever 50 comprises a projection for preventing slipping down 71 adapted to prevent the inverse lever 50 from slipping down along the belt by being pressed against surface of the belt when the inverse lever 50 is in a hanging state.
