MICRO POWER RC OSCILLATOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micro power RC oscillator that has a stable frequency characteristic with respect to a temperature change. SOLUTION: The RC oscillation circuit 200 includes many inverters 210, 220, 230 and an RC circuit having a resistor Rv and a capacitor C. The resistor consists of many unit resistors in which P+ diffusion resistors and poly silicon resistors having resistance characteristics reciprocal to each other with respect to a temperature change are combined at a prescribed ratio. A resistance adjustment section 240 can select the unit resistors. A drive power supply circuit 100 utilizes a current source and an output section (load) having characteristics reciprocal to each other with respect to a temperature change to obtain a reference signal with a stable voltage level against a temperature change and to increase the fan-out and supplies the reference signal to the RC oscillation circuit as a drive power supply.
